How can I replace my product / order?

If you wish to replace any product or order, you can do it within 10 days from the delivery date of that order.

To replace the product all you need to do is to access ‘Orders’ section from your ‘My Account’ menu and go to your order. Now click on the return link located next to the product you wish to return. You will get two options to either return or replace. Here click on replace. A new replace form will open up. Select the checkbox for the products which you wish to replace and then submit this form. In the next window, you will be asked to select a different size of the same product to replace and after selecting the right size you need to submit this form too. A replace request for this product is generated in system and a new order for a replacement product will be created in your account which you can see it in the Orders section.

Now relax and sit back. Your product will be picked up by the third party courier service partner while a separate courier partner will deliver the new product to you. All of this within the next 7 working days. You need to pack the product in its original packaging while returning the product.
