In case you had paid for your order in cash on delivery and you return your order, you will receive a refund of it as

1. Your credit points will be credited with the amount equal to the order amount minus the shipping charges if it was applicable for its delivery to you. You can use these points in its full capacity without any limitations on any further purchases you make on the website. Credit points will be credited as soon as the pick up of the return order is done by the courier partner from your address. This is done because we do not have your bank account details with us as you have paid in cash.


2. Later in case you need to have the amount to be refunded to you in your bank account you can contact our Customer Support team. They will send you an email asking to provide all the necessary bank details to process the payment from our end. Once you send the details to us via email, you will receive the amount in your bank account within the next 7 working days. Your credit points credited to you for this return order will be blocked for use until the money is credited to your bank account, post which the credited credit points will be deducted from your account.
