There is an item is missing from my order. Why is it so and what to do?

We strongly recommend that you create a video of unboxing of your package. Also click some photos which clearly displays the defects or damaged part. This will act as a valid proof to make your case strong to award the dispute in your favour.

In case any item is missing form your order, kindly check your invoice first whether that item is charged in the bill or not. If the item is not charged, it means that seller was not able to deliver that product to you for some reason and your money will be refunded to you if you had paid via online method within 7 working days

If the item is charged and it is still missing from the package, kindly contact our Customer Support team and keep invoice handy before you connect them.
